At LILAC, we believe in the power of community.
At LILAC, we believe in the power of community.
LILAC's mission is to serve the underserved and underprivileged populations in our communities. What began with critical support for medical professionals and first responders who are fighting for us, evolved into direct outreach to high-risk communities such as seniors, veterans, the home-less and disabled, schools, and with special attention being given to the disproportionately affected BIPOC communities locally and beyond. LILAC is also committed to combatting racism and hate, and has been invited to speak in Anti-Hate roundtables hosted by state and local officials.

Whether it be providing PPE, meals and water, or raising workers’ and patients’ spirits through letters, cards, artwork, and videos created by the community, LILAC is devoted to a multi-disciplinary and wide-scale approach of affecting change and instilling hope, all through the mobilization of our local communities.

In addition, we've donated thousands of dollars to various organizations internationally to purchase the necessities to fight this pandemic, including addressing the food insecurity created as a result of the pandemic.

Since the spring of 2020, LILAC has been on the mission to serve the dire needs of communities globally through our best efforts. So far, we have raised over $105,000, donated over 230K PPE and hundreds of meals to over 80 organizations, impacting over 40,0000 frontline and essential workers, seniors and veterans, students and teachers, and the disproportionately affected BIPOC communities.
